Evidence for a product not received dispute
The proof depends on what was sold. Physical goods need delivery records, digital products need access records, and services need completion records.
Physical goods
- Carrier, tracking number, delivery status, and delivery date.
- Signature or delivery photo when available.
- Address comparison showing shipment to the checkout address.
- Delivery notifications sent to the customer.
Digital products and services
- Login, download, license activation, or usage records.
- Email delivery of access credentials or download links.
- Booking, check-in, work-log, or completion records for services.
- Customer acknowledgment that access or service occurred.
A tracking link alone is weaker than a labeled screenshot or record that shows the delivered status and matching address.
